TW Tennis Company Policies

TW Tennis works closely with our local community, Richmond Borough Council and the LTA to ensure that we deliver an inclusive, open and safe playing environment at each of our venues. This includes making sure that we have only qualified and LTA accredited coaches leading our coaching sessions and providing the necessary support for players in areas of safeguarding and welfare. Please have a look at our list of company policies that are in place to make sure you can play tennis safely in our programs.

TW Tennis Booking T&Cs

Our tennis coaching services are covered by our TW Tennis terms and conditions for all company based activities. This includes group coaching lessons, pay & play sessions, club evenings and TW tennis events. We recommend checking our latest T&Cs before booking.


Please note that all tennis coaches giving private lessons at our venues work under their own independent terms and conditions. TW Tennis is not responsible for any credits or payments made directly to our coaches. If you are unsure, please check with your chosen coach before booking and paying for lessons about their own payment and cancellation policies.

All of our coaching team have passed LTA based training for safeguarding and are company safeguarding policy covers both players in our program and users of our venues.

Weather & Cancellation

Our UK climate means that we sometimes have to cancel our classes and provide back up plans for tennis lessons. These policies cover what happens if we cant play for a booked class.

Social Media, Videos & Photos

As a coaching services provider, we often like to share videos of our coaching or photos online to help reach players who haven't been able to get on court with our coaching team directly. Our social media channel links are below and can be accessed and followed. If you are not comfortable being in any coaching video or photo or would like your child to be excluded from these activities, please let the coach know or we can also remove any video or photo from our pages if required.

TW Tennis Welfare Officer

CHADI MALEK

Chadi is TW Tennis welfare officer and can be contacted if anyone has any concerns about a situation regarding an indivudual, coach or parent at any of our venues. Chadi has a background in tennis both as a player and a coach and a firm understanding of the importance of safeguarding on site at our tennis venues.
