TW Tennis aims to deliver high quality coaching across our community in TW postcodes. Our passion and experience in tennis allows us to help players get into tennis and develop their skills and levels of play whilst making sure that everyone has fun on court and enjoys their time on court at our facilities.
TW TENNIS PROGRAM
When we started TW Tennis, we wanted to get everyone in our local area into tennis and benefit from playing this great game. After running our sites locally for 3 years, we now have a comprehensive, year round program that offers coaching to both adults and juniors, players of all standards and without any hidden membership fees.
TW TENNIS PROGRAM
Have a look at some of the categories below to find out more about your chosen area of tennis lessons. If you are unsure what part of the program you are looking to join, please get in touch to arrange a trial or a tennis lesson assessment of your game.
One of the things we get asked the most is how to find the right level of play for our classes and to allow players to meet similar, like minded players. We have a simple rating system that can help you self-assess your game and get started. Or why not book in for one of our trials days or arrange an assessment lesson to get started and have your level of play ranked.
New to tennis? Our entry level is for complete beginners who have not played rackets sports before or who need to develop co-ordination to play.
This level is aimed at players who have previous experience of playing or who have already taken tennis lessons. The level is quite mixed but aims to link players who are learning to develop skills in their serve, rally and scoring situations.
Players at this level can hold their own in a rally, have developed use of skills on courts such as spin and direction and are comfortable in scoring situations. This is the level where we recommend players starting to play more competitive tennis.
If you can play at this level then you are starting to master the game. Players can play with speed and skill, cover all of the court or read the game well, and play tennis on a regular basis.
Our highest level is advanced and this describes players who have played team tennis for their local club at a high level, former county junior players, college players or players who are able to hold their own on court in a quick game of tennis both on serve and in rallies.
